The super large column and super large solid six-point support structure span base, stable, no deformation, no shocking;
High-function AC spindle servo motor and humanized conversational interface for easy operation.
The direct connection between the motor and the spindle, less backlash, torque transmission more stable, nice processed surface, higher efficiency of high-rigidity tapping while avoiding temperature rise and noise;
The high-speed spindle motor directly drives the spindle to achieve high-speed and high-precision processing, low inertia spindle design, high stability;
The clamp arm tool changer, tools changing quickly and accurately, with a tool change time of 1.4 seconds, suitable for drilling holes with smaller diameters;
A large inclined chip removal angle, quickly cleans the chips and faster return speed of the cutting fluid;
Powerful electromechanical integration application technology, sensitive response speed of the transmission chain, eliminates inaction and non-cutting time during processing to improve production efficiency.
